Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time without penalty.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or missed appointments without notice, may be subject to a cancellation fee. This fee is the client’s responsibility and is not billable to insurance.

This policy allows us to respect the provider’s time and ensure availability for all clients. Thank you for your understanding.
